Steve focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate. He routinely provides legal counsel to real estate organizations, condominium associations and homeowners associations throughout Florida, offering guidance on a wide range of matters. Steve regularly supports boards and real estate entities with corporate governance, compliance, insurance, risk management, and contract drafting and negotiation. He also frequently leads board member certification courses, equipping newly elected directors with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their responsibilities and support their communities.
Steve earned his MBA in 2020, strengthening his ability to evaluate business opportunities, various facets of real estate and corporate business matters from both legal and financial perspectives. This background also informs his work with clients on estate and trust planning where he provides tailored services to individuals and families, helping them develop clear and effective solutions.
